JSCO is a unit within the Ministry of Justice that is charged with the responsibility of supporting government to drive forward justice sector reform. It is under the overall direction of the Leadership Group which is assisted by the Technical Working Group. The Technical Working Group (TWG) is supported by various Target Task Forces. A Target Task Force is a sub-Committee of the TWG comprising representatives from each sector institution involved in addressing a specific target.
